in just one paragraph did more than my attorney has in 2 months

Im divorcing a narcissist. They have a serious impact on divorce proceedings, prolonged litigation efforts, complications, impacting power dynamics through manipulation. I discovered more about my options and received clarity on the process with his single paragraph answer to a question I couldnt get... from my own attorney in 2 months, thank you so much

Andrew helped educate me on parts of the law that I did not know about, and he was empathetic to my situation of losing my dad to a drunk driver.

The worst

This is the worst human being and lawyer there is. Contacted to see what my options are as the school had reported my son missing. The cops even had to put out an apb and toile nearly an hour to find him. Cops even screaming at the principal as to how this can happen. Supposedly the cops told me this... is the 3rd child they lost that day. My heart was so broken thinking something happened. I have anxiety dropping him off in school and can’t sleep. Contacted this lawyer to see what my options are and instead tried to blame it on me and eustiomed how I am raising my son. My son did the right thing and waited where he was last seen for someone to find him instead off wandering off the school grounds. This lawyer has no sympathy. How dare he have the audacity to say it’s my fault he got lost cause I didn’t raise him right. He is a 6 year old child!

There is a substantial miscommunication here. I can only go on what was written and that is what I responded to. The event as I understood it was that the child did not come in from recess with the other children, as he is supposed to do and so the school reported him missing and contacted the parent. That seemed to me to be the reasonable thing to do. There was no mention of the cops screaming at the principal or of other children going missing. It was not my intent to blame the mother when I suggested she talk to her son and ask him why he remained outside when the other children went in. I mentioned family counseling out of concern there could be issues that would be best addressed in that manner. If "Sally" had bothered to contact me, I would have understood the situation better and been able to come up with a more suitable response.

Great answers to my concerns-If atty Velonis accepted cases in the NJ area I would have tried to retain his service-very informative do not hesitate to call for consult you will be glad you did!

Very Helpful

Although I wasnt able to work with Mr. Velonis, which is only because I am about 200 milies away. He was super helpful with providing me information about filing some state forms, the current service i was working with would have charged me 150.00 dollars, he was very helpful and knowledgable.
