Peerless Professionalism

I can say that my divorce was a smooth experience. In part because of the person I chose to guide me through the process! Uswah is kind, caring, thoughtful, up front, honest, etc... I could go on and on. While the transition can be a difficult one, I was able to count on Uswah to answer any questi...ons I had, put my mind at ease regarding each step, and explain legal terms and their implications in a very simple way. I always left her office feeling confident in my decisions knowing she had my best interest in mind. Uswah is one of a kind!

Great Advocate

Uswah was a great advocate for me and more importantly the best interest of my child. She helped to explain the complications of the legal system and the potential various outcomes. With that, Uswah listened to the direction I was most interest in following and advocated in my presence as I was out... of state and no longer lived in the state the original judgement was ordered.

Very unhappy

Attorney Khan accepted without dispute the demands of the other side. She seemed confused and intimidated. I also doubt she spent the amount of time she billed me for because she was completely unprepared. I wish I'd had someone else represent me. I was very unhappy with her work.

We're sorry you had a bad experience with our firm. This matter does not sound familiar, and we strive for the utmost client satisfaction in every case. It is my practice to thoroughly review every agreement with each client. I would not let a client sign an agreement they did not understand and fully agree to. When we are presented in front of the judge, I ask the client if they are satisfied with the agreement and with my advice. The judge further reviews the agreement to ensure it is fair and equitable under the circumstances. Had the client addressed concerns to me during negotiations, this could have been avoided. Communication is key.

Reviewed my agreement

Uswah is extremely thorough and articulate. She goes out of the way for her clients and eases their stress by advising them favorably. You don't have to worry about anything as she is an independent thinker and well-experienced. She walks the talk and gives her utmost attention to details as I have f...ound with some others that is not the case. I had her review my agreement which I was apprehensive about and she revised it that would best suit me. Thanks Uswah for easing my tension when I felt so helpless. She's a prompt responder.

Smooth as butter!

Uswah, who is a friend of my now ex-wife, mediated our divorce. It could not have been smoother or easier! She was very helpful and knowledgeable, which made the process virtually painless!
