I was fortunate enough to meet Ms. Cascio through a coworker who had nothing but great things to say. I sought out four other attorneys before meeting with Ms. Cascio and none were as kind and compassionate as she was. Her timing was on que and gave me nothing but relief in my arduous case. I was go...ing through some health issues at the time and Ms. Cascio was nothing but supportive and compassionate. She handled my case with the utmost professionalism any one could ever ask for. Please avoid this attorney at all costs. I hired her in 2021 to handle a straightforward family law matter that dragged on for almost a year. She was extremely slow to respond to communications (unless it pertained to paying her fees) and always had excuses as to why the work was taking slower on her... end to complete. She is also unscrupulous in her billing practices and attempted to double bill for work that was previously completed and paid for. Unprofessional and would not recommend.

Sheila represented my in a contempt case in which my ex-husband was more than $100,000.00 in arrears in alimony. She was tenacious in tracking him down, having him served (on multiple occasions), and effectively representing me in the court hearing. It was a bit more complicated since I live on the W...est Coast. She arranged court dates around my flights, hotel reservations, and work schedule. I will use Sheila again. She is smart, experienced, and caring. Because of her representation, I received the judgement in my favor and was paid in full.
