Run from this "attorney" as fast as you can

I have worked with numerous attorneys having been thru a divorce and owning a few businesses. I have never dealt with a more incompetent person in my life. I hired him for a Trust matter and his only focus was to file meaningless fillings to increase his billing. He asked for $15,K to file a defama...tion claim against my brother and when I told him the evidence had gone past the statute of limitations. I asked for the retainer back and he agreed. Then never sent it back. I filed a complaint with the State Attorney Regulations Board who did little. When I finally agreed to a much smaller settlement he sent me a check that was all torn up and written in a sharpie which bled thru the check making it undepositable...on purpose. He also put a go to jail card attached to the check. There is seriously something wrong with this guy an in now way should you use him to fight even a parking ticket. Worst attorney I have ever dealt with.
