Excellent but wish I knew more
Mr. Nanna handled my bankrupcy case with a favaroble outcome. He was able to deliver what he said he was going to deliver. My only concern is that Once I hired Mr. Nanna, I never heard anything back from him. All the information I have was sent to me from the court.

Thank you for saving my home
I contacted the Law Office of Thomas A. Nanna because I was in foreclosure. Mr. Nanna met with me at each appointment and also handled my court appearances himself. Best of all he was able to stop the foreclosure, discharge over $50,000.00 in credit card debt and remove my second mortgage of over $...

Bad advice from Thomas Nanna

The Bankruptcy Code allows the Debtor to pay NSF checks through a Chapter 13 bankruptcy payment plan. This is recommended since it gives the consumer the benefit of spreading the balance over 60 months. However, if a Debtor fails to make the Chapter 13 payments, the case is dismissed by the Court. Upon dismissal, the Debtor is without bankruptcy protection. In simple terms, a Debtor must timely make all the required payments to the Ch. 13 Trustee to remain protected. All Ch. 13 clients are fully aware of this "pay to stay" concept. It is the responsibility of the Debtor to make sure the Trustee gets paid so that bankruptcy protection remains in place against the creditors. Otherwise, as in this case, the creditors may take action.
