Unfortunately, not all legal questions have just one simple answer when it comes to the bankruptcy laws and bankruptcy procedures. It is important to understand that there are over 15 different bankruptcy Trustees and 5 different bankruptcy Judges in Tampa. To that end, each Judge and Trustee will have different procedures, requirements and follow different rulings than others. For those reasons, some clients may feel that a question was not precisely answered or directly answered since there are so many variables involved. We understand that our clients are stressed out and volatile so when a question is not answered with a simple yes or no, many consumers may understandably become more confused or agitated. Nevertheless, our firm prides itself by addressing all or our clients' questions, concerns and problems honestly, accurately and efficiently. In fact, the law office phone lines are forwarded after hours, on weekends and all holidays directly to my personal cell phone in an effort to immediately accommodate our clients.
