"Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee"

It was our first time in a courtroom where instead of watching a case we were called to testify. Our attorney was Ms. Stacy Levy. We sat through several cases with other attorneys and then our case was called. At that moment we realized we had chosen the right defense attorney. Ms. Levy was fully... prepared from start to finish. Her professionalism, willingness to succeed, and comfortable presence in the courtroom was clearly evident. Ms. Levy was spot on in cross examination as well continuing to uncover all the facts. All evidence was presented clearly and precisely which in our opinion allowed justice to prevail. Don't let Ms. Levy's reassuring smile fool you, she can and will "turn it on" when needed as evidenced in the amazing closing arguments! (Success: When preparation meets opportunity.) All in a days work is a tireless expression for Ms. Levy who raises the bar for all attorneys in practice today. Thank You.

Fair, knowledgeable and to the point!

Stacy was very much the perfect fit for my mothers criminal case. She was fair and to the point even before we hired her. She got right to work and was knowledgeable in all areas, personal and about the law in regard to my mom and her case. The outcome was favorable and quick. I'd recommend her an...ytime!

Stacy Levy Criminal Defense Lawyer

Stacy Levy was referred to me by a prominent Atlanta native. Exceedingly knowledgeable, professionally mannered, and an expert in her legal field, Stacy handled our case with efficiency resulting in the absolute best possible outcome. A Hopeless Case

Unfortunately for Stacy, my case was a very hard one to defend. I felt like the deck was stacked against from the very beginning. Stacy is a very confident lawyer. She goes after each case with passion, a passion guided by knowledge, optimism, and hard work (She will be better prepared than the p...rosecutor). I was in jail when I first met Stacy (I had a lawyer prior to her, but he said that these charges were out of his league). As I sat in jail, I remember Stacy said to me, "I'll get you out of jail as the first order of business." Within a couple of days, I was out!! By virtue of her pulling this off, I had a lot of confidence in her ability to get things done. What Stacy did over the next few weeks/months was to meet with the District Attorney to begin the "hopeless" (or at least I thought it was hopeless) process of negotiating with them. It may be noted in passing that I had a felony charge against me, as well as a misdemeanor. Here's the result: I am not going to prison, I was not convicted of any of the criminal charges brought against me, I am home! It gets better: After my probation period, they will finally close the case for good, and I will be found NOT GUILTY of all charges. I discovered that she was an incredible attorney; in fact, I thought she was a magician. If you are facing criminal charges, no matter how difficult you think they are, do yourself and your family a favor and retain Stacy... immediately. Of course, nobody can guarantee the outcome of a case, but you certainly can put the odds way into your favor. Retaining Stacy may be the best legal decision you make.
