Sean Michael Lazzari

Welcome to the Law Offices of Sean M. Lazzari PC. Sean has been serving the legal needs of individuals such as yourself since 1982. Being centrally located in Oak Brook, Illinois, the office is easily accessible to the different court locations in Cook County, DuPage County, Will County and Kane County.  Being a suburban lawyer I am able to offer you highly professional services at a below market Chicago based rate. 

My reputation in the community is that of an experienced seasoned attorney who always puts the interests of his client first.  I am known for handling the difficult case with many of my cases being referred to me from other attorneys who have already started the case or who choose not to take such a difficult case.  I am known as an aggressive attorney who will fight for the rights of his clients. 

I am also a trained divorce mediator who has been approved for mediation services in Cook and DuPage counties.  Utilizing the latest in legal methods and software my office will work together with you to ensure that your legal rights are protected. 

Sean is a US Army veteran, having served with the First Armored Division in Ansbach, Germany. After being honorably discharged from the Army, Sean graduated with Honors from the University of Illinois. He then taught United States History at Lyons Township High School in La Grange, Illinois before returning to get his Juris Doctor Decree from Southern Illinois University.

Over the years Sean has been a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the DuPage County Bar Association, and the Cook County Bar Association. In addition Sean has served on local school boards and has been active in youth athletics for over twenty years. Sean is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois,the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
