Mr Rob Dean was a very great lawyer .. My wife hired him to represent me as my personal lawyer for my case however he kept my wife informed and myself on my case from day one and if for any reason he wouldn't respond he would get back to me or my wife as soon as he can his very reliable & knows the l...aw regulation...He was also very responsible & on top of my case with any updates information he had or knew .. He told my wife from day one the pros & the cons & how he would try his best in all he can & that's excaxtly what he did from the start to the end he was right their in every court appearance I had & honestly if it wasn't for him I don't know where I'll stand once again Thank You Rob Dean greatly appericate it. I had received a ticket in VA for reckless driving 20 mph over the speed limit. Every attorney I contact or was contacted by told me the Judge in this court was a stickler for this type of case. Mr. Dean told me the same. However, he also explained what his approach would be and why his exper...iences would be of benefit to me and the case- whereas many of the other attorneys I spoke with did not. What's more, in my brief conversation with Mr. Dean, I felt like I had an individual who I could talk to, was heard by, and understood the importance of my needs to address this matter. I did not leave the matter at that though. I took the time to research his name using sites like this one. I could not find a negative related hit. Several of the less expensive options (and more than a few of the expensive ones) had negative posts about customer experiences. In the end, I was persuaded to "go with my gut." I have never been happier that I did! Mr. Dean had leveled with me about how difficult the case would be- given my poor driving record. He had also informed me of the many possible negative outcomes. None of which turned out to the final case. While he was not able to get the charges dropped ad I was found guilty, Mr. Dean was able to help me keep my license (no suspension) and to keep the fine low. Both are/were essential to my family- as a family member developed cancer and I am the only transport to and from chemo therapy for that family member. At all times, Mr. Dean kept n contact with me to make sure I was following along on the case and was aware of what steps he was taking on my behalf. I and my family feel like his intervention and representation was a blessing upon us.
