Biography
I spend the majority of my professional time representing invididuals and familes who have received substandard and negligent medical care from their doctors, hospitals, and nursing homes. I have been doing Medical Malpractice work in Virginia for over thirty years.
My partners and I also represent employees in non-competition and non-solicitation disputes throughout the state of Virginia. Finally, we represnt businesses in cases involving breach of contract, conspiracy, and other business tort claims.
