I had received a ticket in VA for reckless driving 20 mph over the speed limit. Every attorney I contact or was contacted by told me the Judge in this court was a stickler for this type of case. Both are/were essential to my family- as a family member developed cancer and I am the only transport to and from chemo therapy for that family member. At all times, Mr. Dean kept n contact with me to make sure I was following along on the case and was aware of what steps he was taking on my behalf. I and my family feel like his intervention and representation was a blessing upon us.

On October 29, 2015 I received a reckless driving ticket traveling North on Interstate 81. I was clocked doing 83 mph in a 65 mph zone and also received a ticket for my window tinting being too dark.
