My daughter, who has been extremely sheltered and homeschooled most of her life, had never been in any trouble other than simple sibling rivalry. Something possessed her to shoplift makeup. Over $200 is grand larceny, a felony in Virginia. She spent 3 terrifying days in jail. You see, underneath that friendly face was an amazing spine made of steel and his heart wanted real justice. He was genuinely outraged on my daughters behalf. He didn't feel the prosecutor was giving due diligence. He fought like a tiger for us because he could see she is truly a good girl who had made a terrible mistake in judgement. I highly HIGHLY recommend this man. He's a rare one and you can count on him every step of the way.

My son got ticketed in Botetourt County for reckless driving by speed above 80. Not good. This was one week after receiving his official license from the judge in Roanoke County. Rob Dean made the entire hassle of getting a reckless driving ticket extremely easy. After getting clocked going 89 in a 70, I contacted Rob Dean's office and they took care of rescheduling and attending my court date. All I had to do was get a speedometer calibration on my vehicle. Turns out it was ...about 4-5 mph off, so my speed read around 85 on my speedometer when I got pulled over. Rob was able to use this information, as well as my clean driving record to get the ticket knocked down a standard speeding ticket (70-79). I was able to get the potential misdemeanor off my record with little hassle. The Rob Dean law firm was very professional about the whole process and charged a very fair fee to take my case. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone.
