It was during my vacation that I received a speeding ticket while traveling through Virginia. Attorney Dean's firm reached out to me asking if I would like and/or need representation for the hearing. I hired Robert to represent my son when he received his second reckless driving ticket in a row. I researched a lot before choosing him. He was not the cheapest nor was he the most expensive,but he was the one who told us exactly what my son needed to do beforehand and what to expect the outcome to ...be if he did and didn't do what he recommended. I had received a ticket in VA for reckless driving 20 mph over the speed limit. Every attorney I contact or was contacted by told me the Judge in this court was a stickler for this type of case. Mr. Dean told me the same. However, he also explained what his approach would be and why his exper...iences would be of benefit to me and the case- whereas many of the other attorneys I spoke with did not. What's more, in my brief conversation with Mr. Dean, I felt like I had an individual who I could talk to, was heard by, and understood the importance of my needs to address this matter. I did not leave the matter at that though. I took the time to research his name using sites like this one. I could not find a negative related hit. Several of the less expensive options (and more than a few of the expensive ones) had negative posts about customer experiences. In the end, I was persuaded to "go with my gut." I have never been happier that I did! Mr. Dean had leveled with me about how difficult the case would be- given my poor driving record. He had also informed me of the many possible negative outcomes. None of which turned out to the final case. While he was not able to get the charges dropped ad I was found guilty, Mr. Dean was able to help me keep my license (no suspension) and to keep the fine low. Both are/were essential to my family- as a family member developed cancer and I am the only transport to and from chemo therapy for that family member. At all times, Mr. Dean kept n contact with me to make sure I was following along on the case and was aware of what steps he was taking on my behalf. I and my family feel like his intervention and representation was a blessing upon us.

On October 29, 2015 I received a reckless driving ticket traveling North on Interstate 81. I was clocked doing 83 mph in a 65 mph zone and also received a ticket for my window tinting being too dark. I was summonsed to appear in court mid December for my trial.
