Robert Dean

I was on my way to court and called Attorney Dean (whom I had never met or heard of) and this man listened to me via cell phone and at first said he didn't have enough time to prepare for my case which was that same morning, however after realizing we were headed to the same court house...he called m...e back and accepted my case (wreckless driving). I proceeded to meet him in court and it was as if we had known each other for years. He spoke with me and calmed my nerves, very thorough and very competent, then proceeded to handle my case. In conclusion, my case was de-escalated to a misdemeanor saving my points and insurance rates! I hope I never have to see him again , BUT if ever I need an Attorney...BY all means ..the man is DEAN!

I had received a ticket in VA for reckless driving 20 mph over the speed limit. Every attorney I contact or was contacted by told me the Judge in this court was a stickler for this type of case. Mr. Dean told me the same. However, he also explained what his approach would be and why his exper...iences would be of benefit to me and the case- whereas many of the other attorneys I spoke with did not. What's more, in my brief conversation with Mr. Dean, I felt like I had an individual who I could talk to, was heard by, and understood the importance of my needs to address this matter. I did not leave the matter at that though. I took the time to research his name using sites like this one. I could not find a negative related hit. Several of the less expensive options (and more than a few of the expensive ones) had negative posts about customer experiences. In the end, I was persuaded to "go with my gut." I have never been happier that I did! Mr. Dean had leveled with me about how difficult the case would be- given my poor driving record. He had also informed me of the many possible negative outcomes. None of which turned out to the final case. While he was not able to get the charges dropped ad I was found guilty, Mr. Dean was able to help me keep my license (no suspension) and to keep the fine low. Both are/were essential to my family- as a family member developed cancer and I am the only transport to and from chemo therapy for that family member. At all times, Mr. Dean kept n contact with me to make sure I was following along on the case and was aware of what steps he was taking on my behalf. I and my family feel like his intervention and representation was a blessing upon us.
