Superb Legal Service

Richard took care of everything and was very prompt every time we needed him. He was always available to answer our questions. He took the time to explain the whole process while selling our home. That is to say I would highly recommend hiring Richard for your real estate closing. He is highly experi...enced and I always felt like our needs were his first priority.

Made things easy, and very helpful.

Richard was excellent. He helped me during the Covid-19 virus time. I never got to meet him in person because everything was done remotely. Richard kept me up on all details of purchasing my new home. We kept in contact thru e-mails and phone calls. This was my first time purchasing a home on my ...own, and he made it so easy, and made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend Richard to anyone who is selling or buying a home. Thank You Richard.

Title

Richard was very helpful. I wanted to know the owner for my condo which I am renting and he looked it up for me in no time. I asked several real estate guys to do it but they were not able to find the information. His service was fast and free of charge

Probate

Richard was our attorney for a probate situation which turned out quite unusal because of the parties involved not owning the property. Needless to say it ended as a success for us and I would recommend him for any real estate consults.

Great lawyer

Richard was our lawyer for our first home we just purchased. He did everything and then some for my wife and I. He went beyond his means to make sure we got the best representation and everything we wanted, he will go the extra mile. He is also very easy to talk to and has a great personality. He is ...one of those people that get right back to you when you have questions he doesn't leave you hanging like most people seem to do now in days. I'd highly recommend him if you need a lawyer for your home.
