Simply a Fantastic Trial Lawyer

I have never met a trial lawyer who prepares better than Patrick Higgins, Esq. Patrick is extremely meticulous about every detail and presents his trials with the preparation of a premier Broadway producer. On top of that, Patrick is extremely knowledgeable regarding the rules of evidence and s...ubstantive law. I would not hesitate to hire Patrick Higgins, Esq. for a family member, friend or myself.

Former Client

Mr. Higgins represented me on a malpractice case. He was in constant contact with me and explained everything thoroughly. He went above and beyond what an attorney is required to do. Very personable and understanding. Very sympathetic to such a sensitive situation !!

Came through when I thought no one could

Patrick was a caring, well informed and sensitive attorney in the case of the wrongful death of my mother. Dealing with her death was hard enough but having Patrick on our side was comforting because he proved to be competent, efficient and kept us informed at each stage. The outcome was successful a...nd I feel strongly that we triumphed because he cared enough to keep pushing and didn't give up until he achieved the result we all wanted. This was not a "slam-dunk" case yet he managed to win it through negotiation/settlement, bringing us not just the result we wanted but the peace of mind we desperately needed. I highly recommend Patrick Higgins for any of your needs.

great to work with!

After my accident my mom set up a couple interviews with lawyers for me to pick for my lawsuit, when I met with Pat he had already done research on the corner I had gotten hit and taken pictures of the area, etc! I couldn't believe how much he had done before I met with him! He was very friendly and ...understanding and I knew I had to work with him! He was great throughout the whole process, he updated me as he got calls and emails and forwards most of them to me as well as calling me to discuss it. When the other attorney came back with a number that he didn't think was fair for me he was prepared to go to court. They ended up agreeing with him and I am very thankful for the help he gave me!! He was awesome to work with and I would recommend him to anyone!
