Born in Saratoga Springs, New York, Adam is a 2010 graduate of Albany Law School. While attending Albany Law School, Adam clerked for the Honorable Richard T. Aulisi of the New York State Supreme Court, 4th District. Adam also participated in a clinical externship through the Albany Law Clinic and Justice Center for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
Before joining Powers & Santola in 2013, Adam was a solo-practitioner at the Law Office of Adam P. Powers, represented the indigent through Saratoga County Public Defender’s Office of Assigned Counsel, and worked in the capacity as a Court Appointed Fiduciary for the New York State Office of Court Administration.
Adam is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Capital District Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Albany County, Northern District of New York and New York State Bar Associations.
Adam serves on the Albany County Bar Association Newsletter Committee as well as the Pro Bono and Community Service Committee and the Torts, Insurance and Compensation Law Committee on Laws and Practices for the New York State Bar Association. Adam is also a contributing author/editor for the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers' Department Updates.
