Welcome! I am currently serving as an Associate SAAG (Special Appointed Attorney General), representing the Cherokee County Department of Family and Children Services in Child Welfare cases involving abuse or neglect.
I am currently serving on the Statue Review Subcommittee for the Georgia Child Support Commission. I was the staff attorney for the Georgia Commission on Child Support from 2013-2018. While I was in that position, the Commission implemented the online child support calculator. I assisted in the study that led to the newly enacted changes to the Georgia Child Support Guidelines, implementing a parenting time adjustment to the calculator.
I also serve on the Children and the Courts Committee of the State Bar of Georgia. Child welfare and justice for children is very important to me.
I have worked in Family and Child Welfare law for a little over 30 years. I have experience in divorce, custody, adoption, modifications, and child support.
