Many years of working in the estate field have shown me both the legal and practical solutions needed to efficiently and quickly address and solve estate administration problems. I have a background in many areas of law: personal injury law, family law, corporate law, contract law, collections and commercial law, constitutional law, estate and guardianship law, wills,  real estate and title and boundary problems, and powers of attorney.  I have served as a special master in quiet title actions and in land condemnations. I have served as a court-appointed attorney and as guardian ad litem in estate and guardianship cases. This background helps me to address the wide variety of issues that can arise with estates and estate planning. Also, although ready to go to court when necessary in contested cases, I have learned that resolution of disputes through informal means and mediation is often better for clients and helps keep costs down.
