Chirag was super helpful and insightful from the day one that we connected. He and his team have been very responsive via emails and phone calls always, and help us to address any questions that we had, and we had a ton questions being the first time homeowners. He did all his due-diligence and sha...red all his suggestions in a way that was digestible for us, and that made the whole experience a lot better. I will give my highest recommendation to Chirag for anyone who is looking for legal advise in real estate.

Chirag helped us with both the sale transaction of our existing condo unit and the purchase transaction of the new condo unit in Hudson County, NJ. Chirag was responsive, personable, and very thorough in his review of the contract documents. Whenever there was a potential issue, Chirag made sure to... advise in advance so that there would not be any surprises later. There were a couple of sticking points with the buyer which delayed the closing of the other transaction, but Chirag was able to negotiate through the issues in a calm and professional manner to get both transactions done without any problem. He was very quick to respond to emails and (when he was not attending another closing) available even in the evenings to speak by phone. His rates are very competitive, but we found the level of service to be much higher than other providers. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Chirag and his team and we highly recommend him for real estate transactions.

Chirag was highly recommended by our realtor when we found the perfect property to buy. He has made our uniquely difficult situation easier than it was. We have never expected to buy a foreclosure but this property simply checked off everything on our list. If any of you are familiar with foreclosure...s, it is not a simple transaction.
