This is the third time that I work with Chirag Patel in relation to the buying and selling of property in New Jersey. Needless to say, I have been very pleased with his professionality. All business run smoothly and he was always responsive if I had any questions or doubts. He also clarified some dou...bts I had after deals were closed, that is, he was always willing to offer his valuable input. Another plus is that he has a great personality. Mr Patel was exceptional. I had a very difficult mortgage process which delayed and extended closing an exceptional length of time, through which, Mr Patel was at attentive to my every question and request. Not only was he exceptional in every way, after substantially more hours and documen...tation than a traditional real estate closing, Mr Patel insisted on charging me ONLY the agreed upon retainer fee. I certainly would have expected, and paid substantially more, for the quality and quantity or service provided. Highly recommended !!!!!!

I was a first time home buyer and had the pleasure of working with Chirag and his team on a condo purchase with a "sale lease-back" structure. Chirag was diligent, patient and accessible throughout the process, and was a great listener to my thoughts, all key qualities of a successful Attorney. ..."You don't know what you don't know", but Chirag was clear and concise in guiding me through the process and answering my questions. Chirag helped us with both the sale transaction of our existing condo unit and the purchase transaction of the new condo unit in Hudson County, NJ. Chirag was responsive, personable, and very thorough in his review of the contract documents. Whenever there was a potential issue, Chirag made sure to... advise in advance so that there would not be any surprises later. There were a couple of sticking points with the buyer which delayed the closing of the other transaction, but Chirag was able to negotiate through the issues in a calm and professional manner to get both transactions done without any problem. He was very quick to respond to emails and (when he was not attending another closing) available even in the evenings to speak by phone. His rates are very competitive, but we found the level of service to be much higher than other providers. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Chirag and his team and we highly recommend him for real estate transactions.

I hired Chirag to assist me with my first home purchase, and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Not only was Chirag extremely responsive, I could trust that everything would get done efficiently and thoughtfully. There were several bumps in the road leading to closing, and Chirag was in... constant communication with me (sometimes multiple phone calls a day), always staying on top of everything while keeping me in the loop. He never made me feel bad for reaching out and was extremely compassionate. I've already referred Chirag to other friends buying a home in the area, and would absolutely hire him again in a heartbeat!
