Custody and Jurisdiction Issues
I was not able to use Mark due to it being out of his jurisdiction, but he was extremely knowledgeable. Even more important is that he actually listened and I felt like he genuinely cared and wanted to be able to help. If I'm ever able to get jurisdiction changed, I'll be putting a retainer on Mark.

I was lucky e enough to find Mark to be my attorney for what I believed to be a complex cross-border action brought against me. He quickly understood the matter at hand and articulated to me clearly the potential resolution and issues ahead. This was done in an honest but empathetic manner. Throughout, he and Bethany kept me informed and were highly responsive. Mark was always conscious of any costs to me and never tried to do anything that would have resulted in unnecessary remuneration to him. He is a credit to the law profession. The action resulted in dismissal.

Trustworthy Lawyers
My ex wife was a lawyer and pulled what she hoped were some sly maneuvers to deny me the custody we had agreed upon in the divorce. Mr. Williams and his staff caught her in her lies and countered her at every step. I didn't have as much money as she did but they made sure my money was used as efficiently as possible. Legal issues can be a nightmare but having trustworthy and caring attorneys made it bearable.

Best attorney in town!!
Mark Williams and his staff are not only the best in town, they are the best in the entire state! In my opinion, Mr. Williams knows more about family related laws than the judges do !! I highly recommend him to handle any family related court issues you may have.

Hard Working, Humble, Won Against Evil
After prayerfully seeking out a lawyer and consulting with different ones, everything worked out perfectly for me to meet with Mark. He was humble, went over & beyond to research and answer my many questions, and also very objective. He was able to work in more than one County venue if needed, and every staff member I met put me at ease. They also offered the best deal on the retainer. My goal was to simply amicably settle a situation at least minimally by law, but the opposing side was unwilling. Mark recognized the hardship this put me in, and took on part of my case Pro Bono due to it's unusual length. In the end, Mark Williams won against evil, with the court panel unanimously agreeing with his argument, and the situation was finally properly settled.

Focused, diligent, compassionate
Mr Williams took over my case, which was complex. He was able to cut through a lot of the emotions and put my children's needs first. Even when the initial outcome was not what we had desired for, he stayed the course and never gave up. Ultimately, he helped secure my kids to safety and in my care. I am forever grateful for his guidance and expertise.

Quick and Effective
Mr. Williams is an aggressive and fast paced lawyer. At times he was pushing me for more on my case than I had even thought of. He is very skilled and knows how to get things done. Mr. Williams always gave good advice and pointed me in the right direction. I would recommend him to my friends and my family.

Best advice you can receive
Mark and his team could not have been better in their guidance and representation of me in my Separation. Their knowledge and ability to absorb the details provided to them quickly probably saved my sanity. When Mark Williams tells you that you need to do something, don't ignore his guidance. MOVE on it. If you hire his team you will learn quickly he is on your side so you need to follow his instruction. Thank you Mark, Alison and all who helped me out of a terrible marriage! Can't wait to get my name back!!!

I was extremely pleased with my lawyer, and how fast this case was resolved. Excellent law firm, they were my first choice when starting my research on finding a lawyer. And I have the confidence in them, knowing that if I ever need a lawyer for any reason, I can trust that they will help me. Great and very friendly staff.
