Hands down best lawyer you can get for traffic offenses!!

Awesome attorney and truly cares about the well being of his clients. I hired Mr. McGee for a DWI that I was charged with while on a motorcycle ride through Wilmington. I was also charged with following to closely and riding left of center. Mr. McGee handled my case flawlessly. I never one time had t...o go in front of a judge or anything. I was always informed of what was going on with my case and the outcome was way better than I expected. Mr. McGee was able to get all charges against me dismissed without me ever having to do anything. I would highly recommend Mr. McGee to anyone in the Wilmington area in need of a traffic attorney. I did a ton of research on several different lawyers before hiring Mr. McGee and the reviews on this site are what sold me and it was the best choice I could have possibly made. He is not the cheapest attorney you will find but he is well worth his asking price. You pay for what you get when it comes to a situation like I was in. Thanks Jimmy!!

always my go to lawyer

I have used Jimmy many times over the past few years and always have great results, he stays on top of your case and makes sure you know everything pertaining to your charges and what to do after the fact, he has been my lawyer for everything from DUI to assault to felony possession charges and I alw...ays come out better than anyone I know that uses a different lawyer for the same charges, hell he has even gotten felonies reduced to misdemeanors before it even went to court, choose the McGee law firm if you want to get results and have a lawyer that contacts you with any updates to your case and walk you through every step instead of you having to hound them and still feel left in the dark

he is your best bet

Mr. Mcgee handled my DWI case in a speedy and professional manner. Once i gave all information on the case i had he went to work keeping me informed at every turn. when my fees for Mr. Mcgee where paid which are very reasonable for anyone with any income, we went to court the next available date. wit...hin five minutes of being on trial he had the the judges decision, and i was done with everything. For my case everything got dismissed and i had not court fees as well as got my license back that day. I highly recommend this man for any troubles you may have especially in the DWI areas.

Very dissappointed with results. Charged top dollar lawyer fee for low level service.

I got the same results with this attorney as I would have gotten if I had walked in the courtroom and just pled guilty. The only difference is that now I am out $3000 while still needing to meet the financial obligations of a DWI conviction. (The word conviction in this statement is underlined.) T...he police officers in this case were very ill prepared and ultimately got on the stand a painted a picture that in no way resembled the truth. Had Jimmy studied the dash cam video and taken notes, he could have very well submitted this into evidence and used it for grounds for dismissal. But instead, Jimmy just stuck with the plan. I mean, when you've already gotten someone's money and it isn't your life and/or livelihood on the line, why make your job any harder than it needs to be, right? $3000 for a Level 5 DWI charge is preposterous. I do not recommend.

A Lawyer that is friendly, helpful and very competent.

I would highly recommend the McGee Law Firm. James and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even when helping us out in a last moment issue. All the recommendations from his Staff were correct and when our Court appearance was due, James was cordial and professional. The outcome James ...worked out was better than we hoped for and I believe his talent was the driving factor. In my case the McGee Law Firm handled a continuance, which was last minute for them, and an alleged criminal act. My information was written down and reviewed. Then a course of action was decided on and excepted . On the day of trial we met before Court to review and James helped escort me to the correct location. Mr. McGee moved through the Court proceedings with confidence and was able to conclude my case with better results than I could have expected.
