A professional firm that delivers results

Having to employ the services of a law firm can be a daunting task. Not to mention being unemployed for months and having my unemployment benefits denied. Attorney Wilson kept me in the loop and delivered results. If you want professional service and someone who can represent you fairly and defiantly..., make the call to the office of Attorney Monica Wilson today. I'm glad I did. My experience was pleasant and the entire staff I communicated with listened to my issue and made the fight on my behalf, which ultimately was ruled in my favor. Should I ever be in the difficult circumstance of needing representation, I will not hesitate to call on the services of Attorney Wilson.

Appeal for a ruling involving the Employment Security Commission

I was dismissed at my job & I was unsure of the reason. I applied for Unemployment Benefits. I receive a letter denying benefits because my employer had fired me for cause. At that time, I filed an appeal. I received an ad from several attorney's. I contacted Ms. Wilson. Her office staff was ...very helpful with my initial contact. In talking with Ms. Wilson she advised me after hearing my side of the dismissal. She did not give me false hope, but was very nice, professional & helpful. I did win my appeal. I feel like I wouldn't have if I hadn't had Ms. Wilson's representation.

Experienced attorney - favorable results

Monica Wilson knows the law and evaulated my case for its merits. Her confidence removed the emotional charge and enabled me to focus on the essential facts that justified a decision in my favor.

Monica Denine Wilson

I received letters from several attorneys wanting to represent me for my upcoming appeal hearing. Thank God I chose Ms. Monica Wilson's office. I had walked off of my job six months earlier. I had been denied unemployment. She would always take time for me and answer my questions. She is very qu...ick to return calls or emails. She went up against 2 attorneys in my hearing. The way she handled the questioning was great. She has a very calm spirit and is extremely knowledgeable about the laws of unemployment. She did an awesome job and she won. Thank you Ms. Wilson! I would highly recommend her to anyone.

BEWARE! Get personal referrals before you hire someone through a mail solicitation! $350 wasted!

Absolutely, the worst legal representation ever! While I was being raked over the coals by my former employer, she NEVER SAID A THING! She never asked one thing about my temporary replacement during surgery recovery being hired permanently. Receptionist said they saw this sort of thing all the time ...and not to worry. Ms. Wilson told me in our prelim meeting that I was to only answer questions. She NEVER asked my former employer anything about the lies he wrote in his response to my unemployment denial OR about hiring my temp replacement because of her higher education. She left my phone hearing before it was over to take another call! $350 completely wasted.
