I was really concerned about my upcoming employment review. i knew that i was wrongfully terminated, but still wanted someone with sense of the law. Especially if you are up against people who have done several employment hearings. I can only tell you about my situation. During the employment rev...iew it was me against three different upper management. Two owners and the general manager who terminated me. Getting people who still work for the company to testify is impossible. Also one owner and the general manager lied under oath. This terrified me to believe that their lies would cause me to lose my unemployment. Mrs. Wilson made some very valid points during the hearing. She is very knowledgeable and not sure if i would have continued to receive unemployment if it wasn't for her!
