Unemployment Insurance Benefits - Appeals Hearing

Ms. Wilson recently represented me in my telephone appeals hearing for my Unemployment Insurance Benefits that had been denied by the Adjudicator. I waited three months after I filed my appeal until I heard a response from the Appeals Commission that my case had been assigned to an Appeals referee an...d that my appeals hearing would be conducted via telephone. I only had three weeks to prepare for my hearing date from the time I received notification in the mail from the Commission. Initially, I had not considered retaining an attorney to represent me in the hearing, but I received several letters from attorneys offering to represent me in my hearing with one letter being from Wilson Law Group. Not knowing anything about them, I turned to the Internet to find out more about the lawyers who sent me letters. After reading reviews from other past clients, I chose Monica Wilson to represent me, based on the many positive reviews posted by others. With less than two weeks before my hearing, I called Ms. Wilson's Office late on a Thursday afternoon and left a message. I was called back by Pat within an hour and I explained my situation. Pat was very nice an helpful and she felt that Ms. Wilson could help me with my appeal. She promptly emailed me the information and forms I needed to retain service and the fee required. I completed the forms and emailed everything, including my documents for the hearing the next Monday. Pat scheduled a time later in the week where Ms. Wilson would call me to discuss my case. Ms. Wilson called me a couple of days later and discussed my case in depth. She prepared me as to what to expect during the hearing and what I would be doing. My hearing went just as Ms. Wilson described earlier and I personally feel that Ms. Wilson and her staff made the difference in getting my case overturned from the prior denial of benefits. My appeal was ruled in my favor and I owe everything to Monica Wilson and her staff! I'm very thankful!

Gentiva's Firing Tricks

Monica Wilson was an angel when I was fired from Gentiva Home Health. Though my manager told me one reason for my firing, she documented misconduct. Monica had no trouble proving i did nothing to be fired. She asked many questions and at first I thought she was against me. However, she wanted to be... sure I was honest and had documentation to back up my claims. She was thorough and successful in winning my appeal. Many thanks to Ms. Wilson, because her efforts enabled us to catch up on my mortgage and get my bills closer to normal. My family already lives with as little debt as possible. This win alleviated the economic stress and addressed the lies against my work record. Prior to this, I had never been fired. Many thanks to you Monica D. Wilson.

Unemployment Benefit Appeals Hearing

Monica was very attentive throughout the process. Although my situation was confusing, I felt that she was able to choose the main points and condense the information I submitted to her. She then was able to present my case to ESC with precision.

An appeal with ESC

She did a great job explaining everything to me and I felt her support.
