Molly Falk Jansen

I called Molly to get some advice in regards to filing a petition to seal a case that occurred over 10 years ago. She spent time with me on the phone explaining what was needed to be done in order for it to be handled quickly and accurately. When I received my second DUI, although the first was in another state, the courts would eventually find it. I knew I needed good counsel. Molly was sharp right off the bat. She laid out her promises to me, and fullfilled everything she said. After reviewing my case, she found an aspect that would wo...rk to my benefit and exploited it. Starting from the DMV hearing down to using it to win my case. She set up the case for the district attorney to fail. Being very thorough on achieving what she needed to win my case. Even when I was at the point I just wanted to negotiate, and get the best deal I could, she encouraged me that she felt we had a great chance to win. At the motions hearing she had her plan laid out, with all the ammunition she needed. She took advantage of the police report, the transcript from the hearing and good legal precedents that put the DA on his heels. The DA did everything he could but was found lacking. Nothing quite like winning a case that could have had so many disasterous results for me personally. At the end, the cop walked up to me, shook my hand and said "well played". All I could say was "it wasn't me, it was having a great lawyer".
