A True Life-Saver! Robert Biondino is Beyond Exceptional! Words truly can't describe the immense gratitude I have for Robert Biondino and his incredible team. After nearly a decade, a warrant for a probation violation on a DUI 2nd offense in Colorado felt like it would completely derail the new life... I was building. With two more DUIs picked up in another state, I was convinced I was facing an impossible uphill battle, likely involving jail time and a return to Colorado. From our very first conversation, Rob and his team did nothing but reassure me, instilling confidence that he would handle everything. He's incredibly straightforward and no-nonsense, telling me exactly what I needed to do, not just for my case, but to genuinely help me overcome my addiction. The communication was flawless – he always answered my calls, no matter how many questions I had, and even called just to check in and see how I was doing. Thanks to his vast experience and strong relationships within the Colorado court system, Rob was able to navigate everything on my behalf. I didn't have to travel back to Colorado for any court dates, which was a huge relief. The outcome he achieved was nothing short of miraculous: everything was dismissed as long as I completed 60 hours of community service in Nebraska! No jail, no probation! I'm now 9 months sober and firmly on the right track, and I can say with 100% certainty that this would not have been possible without Rob and his awesome team. He truly saved my life. DUI Case

The representation you want

Rob fought for me in court and with the DA. He represented me for a DUI and he was fully on my side throughout the entire process and not only got most of my charges dropped, the ones that weren't dropped were reduced. From the initial consultation he told me what I needed to do and from there on han...dled everything fast and got me done and through the courts in only a couple months. He knew what to do, and what the situation called for and handled everything. Strong personality, but that's what you want in a defense attorney. Absolute stud of a lawyer and a great guy.
