Molly Falk Jansen

I would highly recommend hiring Molly Jansen. Molly is extremely intelligent and a bulldog in the courtroom. She is extremely persistent and relentless until she gets the best outcome for her clients. I am 100% convinced she is your best chance at beating the courts. She does cost more than some of t...he other lawyers, BUT SHE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY. If you read other slanderous reviews on these pages, they are most likely FAKE and have NEVER even hired Molly. She puts her whole heart into what she does and there is no doubt is one hell of a fighter. I'm truly thankful I had her on my team and realize the outcome would have been much worse if I hadn't.

I had a DWAI, my second offense. Molly returned contact within 24 hours to hear my situation. I gave her every detail I could remember. No lies. She told me how things would go every step of the way. She even adjusted her schedule a few times within reason, to keep our meetings from affecting my job.... Not once did I feel unsure of the actions we took. In my event, the situation was against me due to a fill-in DA, a hard Judge, and not being offered any deal for over 4 months. We were about to take the case to trial and Molly had struck an unheard-of deal with the DA. Later, I ended up in the doghouse with probation. They were trying to revoke my deal. Molly and Jansenlegal was able to represent me and my actions to the court and squash the revocation before it started. I think it should be said if you get a different person in lieu of the lawyer you were to have in court. That lawyer has given you the best fill-in for them with confidence. I had a fill-in or two and they did great. When Molly was present I knew there was a reason she was there and everything she did was worth the efforts. Also, if you're not honest with your lawyer it comes back on you. Anything left in the air will end up becoming a problem and not having a plan for that will take the life out of your defensive plan. When your case is being rescheduled for another date, it’s because that time gives your defense more time to get the best possible plan of action. Or you asked for more time and they tried to get that for you. You hire a lawyer to represent you, to be honest with you and to guide you through the legal system. Molly and her team does this to the T and will not sugar coat what needs to be said. If you need to hear it, you will. Straightforward, blunt if need be, no Bull$eit. I hope I will not need to, but if I ever do need a lawyer again, my first choice will be Molly Jansen and her firm. Mrs Jansen is by far the most professional, knowledgable, and outstanding attorney that I have ever met or heard of. She is always attentive to your needs and will fight as hard as she can for you.
