Molly is an incredible human being who helped me through the worst time of my life. My ex wife was trying to ruin my life on an mpo uncompliance after she called me first and Molly got me multiple deferred judgments in a row. I have had the chance to work with Molly Jensen and her staff on a DUI issue of mine. I highly recommend Molly Jansen. First off I have only had one experience with lawyers was through my divorce and I wasn’t to pleased with their services and I have never had any legal issues. I was very skeptical about hiring an attorney and upon consulting with a few I was told I didn’t have a very... “strong case” mostly due to a very botched traffic stop and arrest and i didn’t want to get charged with a crime I didn’t commit. I am someone who will admit if I am in the wrong for something if that had been the case I wouldn’t have sought legal council. I had finally consulted with Molly and she took her time went through every detail with me from that night and advised me on my rights and even gave some legal advice and this all even before I hired her on as my attorney. Molly Jansen was a beacon of hope when my options appeared to be limited, and the likelihood of a satisfactory resolution seemed impossible. I worked with two lawyers prior to hiring Molly for my defense case. They had primed me to believe that had I decided to proceed to trial, I’d be found guilty ...and the punishment would be much worse than if I took the plea. Either way, I was told to prepare for some jail time. I was filled with fear as I am a single mother of two young children and the thought of going to jail simply crushed me. She was a person who truly showed that she cared and was expressively passionate about her work. Shortly after court resumed, the jury came back with the verdict of NOT GUILTY!!! I had no words other than THANK YOU! I was overjoyed! As Molly and I walked out of the courtroom, she hugged me and said "I knew we could do it!" but it was she that did it! Not only was Molly able to defend me from an unjust accusation, her calm and empathetic demeanor offered emotional succor to myself and those I care about most.
