Molly Falk Jansen

I hired Molly Jansen to defend me in a case where I was accused of being in possession of dangerous dogs. Beware! When I first met Molly she put on a great show. As soon as I paid the retainer she disappeared, no longer responding to e-mails or calls. She didn't even show up for the most important hearing of my case as promised. Instead, at the last minute she sent a lawyer from a completely different l...aw firm, who knew nothing about my case. Then when the lawyer she sent totally threw my case, Molly tried to distance herself further from responsibility for the situation by saying that she wasn’t the one who went to the hearing.

When I found myself facing some serious trouble I immeditely called Molly Jansen. I had heard her on the radio and I knew that my situation required a tough, smart, no nonsense attorney to represent me. She was exactly that and more. From the beginning I knew I had chosen the right lawyer as Molly...'s confidence and knowledge of the legal system was very assuring. Not to mention the flat fee structure which was extremely reasonable and gave me one less thing to worry about as I knew my case could potentially go to trial. My case did not end up going to trial as we were able to negotiate a very fair plea deal. However, other legal situations arose in the civil and family courts in which I needed representation. Molly quickly resolved the civil issue and recommended I get an attorney that specialized in family law. I hired a divorce attorney and he failed miserably. When I informed Molly of the events that had occurred she had my back and helped me out tremendously. Molly was genuinely careing and went above and beyond to assist me through the most difficult time in my life. She is an amazing attorney and I now consider her a friend. Molly was great handling my case. When I first called her she explained the whole process in detail and made herself available for a meeting in the next few days. She gave me plenty of information on this type of case, some valuable legal advice and instructions on how to proceed with the authoritie...s/hearings/court dates. My case dragged on for a few months, and Molly is very busy (as anyone who is good at what they do...), so I didn't speak to her a whole lot during this time, except for court dates when I saw her and a few e-mails in between. Sometimes I had ping her a couple of times before she got back to me, but she always did, before all my deadlines. Made me a bit nervous at times but I knew she hadn't forgotten about my case. Apart from that, her follow up is good, if she is not sure of something she'll go after the answer and let you know. When I had an issue she offered to contact past customers to see how they handled similar situations. Overall I was completely satisfied, she did great on court, explained everything very well, answered all my questions, was smart about the case/the staff working on it and at the end got me a pretty good deal. She's incredibly professional and, on a more personal note, she is friendly, funny and relatable.
