My practice is limited toprimarily matters before the Chancery Courts in Mississippi. Such cases would include family law matters, adoption, divorce, both contestedand irreconcilabledifferences, collaborativedivorce, spousalsupport (alimony), QDRO -Qualified Domestic Relation Order, guardianship, paternity, child custody, childsupport, child visitation, grandparents rights, modification, and courtappointed Guardian ad Litem.
My missionis to provide quality legal advice and services to the residents of northMississippi. While I am willing to practice before any Chancery Court in thestate, I generally practice before the First, Third, and Eighteenth ChanceryCourt Districts.
My primary concentration is on meeting the legal needs ofindividuals and families. Family Law deals with especially sensitiveissues that can have life-long emotional and financial effects. I encourage youto ask questions and discuss options before making a decision. I accept casesanywhere from simple irreconcilable divorces to high conflict child custodyissues and high asset and complex divorce actions. I may not tell you what you want to hear, but I will tell you what you need to hear.
