Very poor representation
Hired and paid her. She delayed the case over and over. No communication once you pay her. I would NOT recommend her for anything. I agree with the other bad reviews. Don’t waste your money. Do your research before hiring an attorney. I wish I would have. The bar is investigating my claims.

Run away. Incompetent.
The positive reviews must be from herself, staff or friends. Dianne Ellis is worse than no lawyer. Representing oneself is better. She is unable, too lazy? Lacks basic knowledge to practice law.

DO NOT HIRE base on my sister’s experience. My sister was battling with her narcissist fiancée for so many many years over their young daughter. DON'T HIRE
Will drag your case out until it is irrelevant. Would not recommend. Poor communication will take your money and leave you without a clue as to what is happening I guess because nothing is happening.
