BEST IN BOSTON

I found Chris Saccardi and Ed Rice's information online when I Googled best Tenant Attorney in Boston, and their information came up first. These guys truly are the best, so Google was extremely accurate! Chris and Ed worked extremely hard on a complex detailed case for me for 3 years that resulted w...ith a positive resolution. The subject of the case was traumatic, and I knew I needed a good support system when I realized the situation I was in wasn't getting any better and was actually getting worse. They are extremely patient and professional and knew exactly how to handle dealing with me as a client when my emotions were running high. They both did an unbelievable job and worked extremely hard, I couldn't have asked for any better. Their dedication, determination, professionalism, knowledge and passion for law is top notch. They fight for what's right and won't back down from what they believe in. They fought and defended me until the end, and for that I will forever be grateful. If you are a tenant or a landlord, you definitely want Christopher Saccardi or Edward Rice on your team. They will give it their all and won't let you down. Thanks guys for everything, I'll never forget it.

Competent, Straight-forward, Accessible Housing Attorney

Ed Rice helped me when I had a complicated, unique housing situation that eventually required legal intervention. He successfully served a restraining order against my landlord, who was threatening to move my belongings, change the locks and tow my car which I rented from him in his driveway. Ed also... went to court for me several times and successfully got the courts to give me as much time as I needed to move out of my apartment. Ed is the type of lawyer who truly cares about his clients. He was an incredible ally, always accessible and ready to answer any questions or concerns I had. With him as my attorney, I truly felt protected, which was invaluable. Ed was honest, straight-forward, competent and even funny at times during a very stressful situation. I highly recommend him! He is very experienced, kind, and-- most importantly-- gets results!

Great job on a difficult case

Mr. Rice did an excellent job with communication and follow up. His documents were well written. He is truly a gifted negotiator--anyone who can triple the offer from one of the most difficult people I have ever met deserves real congratulations. He is well respected in his field--I consulted another... lawyer who was too busy to take my case and he recommended I consult Mr. Rice. Thank you!

Great outcome and excellent resource throughout

Ed helped me out on a very sensitive landlord-tenant issue in which I was the defendant. Though I cannot speak to the specifics of the case itself, I will say that Ed was paramount in ensuring that I did not get taken advantage of by the landlord. He explained every step of the process to me in layma...n's terms and advised me on recommendations, overall strategy, and best course of action throughout. I truly cannot thank you enough Ed for making this process as painless as possible and helping me reach the best possible outcome. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

We got three times our security deposit back!!

Our landlord refused to return our security deposit when we moved out, even though we left the place clean. Since we were students and moved out of Boston we thought we were out of luck, but we hired Attorney Rice and he knows the law for tenants and the court made the landlord return 3 times our sec...urity deposit. If you want your deposit back call this lawyer and stop getting robbed by your landlord just because you are students.
