HIs advice helped me make a decision during this time, and his direction on how to move forward was extremely helpful. Went above and beyond .....
I was introduced to Jason through a family member. He worked very hard on my case, while I live out of state. He worked on this case off and on for almost two years. The first time he went to court he didn't get the results we were hoping. I had some different things happen in my life, and we put my case on hold until I was able to get my attention back to it. But once I was able, Jason was right there ready to go. And he went back to court and got the results I had been dreaming about. He is a great attorney.

Home Sale
Jason was extremely helpful in the Sale of our home. He was very helpful in not only creating the required paperwork but as an intermediary between us, the Buyers attorney and the Buyers. We sold our house without a Real Estate agent. We would not have been successful in completing the Sale without Jason's efforts.

More than satisfied!
I hired attorney Happel to help with a family Trust dispute. He got me my fair share without prolonged litigation. He listens carefully and is honest and frank. He may tell you things you might not want to hear but only to give you the entire straight forward picture.

Neighbor trespassing issues and Small Claims Court preparation
I contacted and hired Mr. Happel to assist me in dealing with a neighbors chronic trespassing on my property. Mr. Happel's thoughtful approach to exploring and clearly explaining the legal aspects and preparing me to handle the small claims lawsuit on my own was excellent. Consequently, I was able to win the lawsuit.

Excellent LLC advice for business newbie
I run a small side business and feel like I used to spend more time worrying about real and imagined legal vulnerabilities than the actual business at hand. A lawyer I'd previously consulted only made the situation worse -- even more to worry about and high fees to boot. Jason was tremendously helpful sorting out what I actually do need to think about and what I can safely ignore (most of it). Jason is courteous, patient, knowledgable and honest. I could not recommend him more highly.

Review of Probate Matter 2014 - 2016
I have been through an extremely difficult probate matter that is still ongoing for almost two years. The three PRs have been lawless, extremely rude and hostile and their attorney is enabling them. Jason has forced them to do everything properly - I hired Jason the minute they all started getting out of line. I would definitely recommend him. They were FURIOUS when they all discovered I hired him.

My Probate Attorney
Jason helped me remove a completely incompetent executor of my mothers estate. He then helped me with every aspect of the probate process, from being appointed as the personal representative, to the sale of two properties, and setting up escrow accounts to be able to administer the estate. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of probate. Having Jason as the attorney for the Estate, made a very trying time manageable.
