I have emailed Chris inquiring recommendations and suggestions about dealing with our landlord over bed bugs infestation/damages/claims in the apartment we rent from. He was extremely helpful and quick in his responses, more so than any other attorneys I've contacted. I'd highly recommend Chris to anyone dealing with landlord/tenant issues.

Chris is so nice, he helped me get my condo back! Definitely recommend to anyone who have tenant - landlord issues.

We reached out to Chris in regards to a dispute we were having with our former landlord. Chris promptly connected with us to understand the details and review our documentation. He clearly explained all of our options and potential outcomes. He was so patient with us and our lack of knowledge with legal terminology. He was always accessible and always kept us in the loop and up to date as the case progressed--we really appreciated that! Things were a bit challenging with the former landlord but Chris was always one step ahead. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and professional! We are so appreciative of his time and expertise. We truly enjoyed working with Chris! I would highly recommend Chris to anyone seeking help with the justice system.

I have had the pleasure of both collaborating with Attorney Saccardi on tenant matters with the Volunteer Lawyer's Project as well as litigating against Attorney Saccardi. In both instances he was knowledgeable, professional, and diligent in his efforts.

I have know Chris on a professional level for about 5 years. In the interest of full disclosure, I am presently representing his wife. Chris is someone I rely on for advice on all my housing matters. He is an experienced attorney and a consummate professional. You can rely on him to expertly handle any housing situation.
