Truly the best hard working goes above and beyond

Thank you Ed and staff for helping in in a horrible place that I was living .I am so very thankful and greatful for always helping me and getting justice for me and my service dog brandy who passed away . I can never thank you enough . They go above and beyond and really care . If you ate looking ...for al lawyer go to ed and team . Theyreally care and will go above and beyond.

Excellent Results

I hired Attorney Rice to handle a case with a landlord who illegally kept my damage deposit. Mr. Rice was patient, explained things well, kept in contact and we ended with a very positive result without having to go to court. I would recommend Mr. Rice for any dispute with your landlord regarding dam...age deposits.

VETRAN APROVED!

I am a Marine Corps service-related disabled veteran who has a service dog. Upon moving into my new residence I was harassed constantly for over a year by my landlord regarding my service dog. Desperate to find a an end to this harassment I reached out to several lawyers with limited funds and rconta...cts, I had no luck. I reached out to attorney Rice who I never spoke with before mentioned my problem related to my landlord and service dog and he instantly volunteered his services in assisting me with a letter to the man stopping of the harassment. Mr. Rice refused payment and patrioticly volunteered to help this veteran in need. Ed rice went above and beyond the Call of Duty writing a legal demand letter to stop the harassment from my landlord regarding my service dog. The letter was extremely effective and awesome ,exactly what I asked for and needed. The landlord emidiatly ceased all harassment and it has really improved the quality of my life. I can't thank attorney Rice enough and I can reassure anyone out there that I personally certifie attorney Rice "Marine Corps APPROVED!". Given that he was this helpful and effective right off the bat without knowing me , was truly amazing and just what I needed. If you're a veteran I give you my absolute confidence that you couldn't be in better hands then with attorney Rice representing you. I don't give this type of endorsement out easily, he truly went above and beyond the Call of Duty for me and any veteran or anyone for that matter can rest assured with mr. Rice you're in good hands. Excellent Friendly and Knowledgeable Attorney!

Ed helped me and my colleagues against a greedy and dishonest landlord attempting to scam us out of more money than what we had initially paid as a security deposit. He was vigilant in dismantling the opposing side's claims which I was very impressed with.

BEST IN BOSTON

I found Chris Saccardi and Ed Rice's information online when I Googled best Tenant Attorney in Boston, and their information came up first. These guys truly are the best, so Google was extremely accurate! Chris and Ed worked extremely hard on a complex detailed case for me for 3 years that resulted w...ith a positive resolution. The subject of the case was traumatic, and I knew I needed a good support system when I realized the situation I was in wasn't getting any better and was actually getting worse. They are extremely patient and professional and knew exactly how to handle dealing with me as a client when my emotions were running high. They both did an unbelievable job and worked extremely hard, I couldn't have asked for any better. Their dedication, determination, professionalism, knowledge and passion for law is top notch. They fight for what's right and won't back down from what they believe in. They fought and defended me until the end, and for that I will forever be grateful. If you are a tenant or a landlord, you definitely want Christopher Saccardi or Edward Rice on your team. They will give it their all and won't let you down.
