I reached out to Ken Hallum regarding a traffic citation I had received. Due to the circumstances that led to my citation, I wasn't sure if it would be worth taking the matter to court and wanted an expert opinion. I filled out the contact form on his website, immediately received an email and respo...nded with a summary of the incident, along with a video from the camera on board my motorcycle. Ken sent me a message within a couple hours and let me know he would review the case and get back to me. We scheduled a call a couple days out and he was able to provide me with constructive feedback on how to handle my citation (as well as what not to do). Ken was amiable and honest, providing me with favorable options, should I attempt to contest my citation. Although he advised me that it would be in my best interest to take the traffic school route, I'm very appreciative of his time in reviewing my case. No one likes receiving traffic ticket, but it does happen and sometimes it's helpful to receive an expert opinion, such as Ken's. I'll most likely need legal representation again at some point due to my two wheeled endeavors and the inability to not "poke the bear".
