Kelsey is very calm and easy to approach about issues. My case looked simple on the surface, but ended up being more complicated due to some divisiveness. Kelsey was great at attempting to come up with compromises that would please both parties. In the end, a custody arrangement and marital settlemen...t agreement was developed during the mediation process. Unfortunately, there was a minor date issue that no one caught in the marital settlement agreement and ended up being used against me during the visitation process. Kelsey helped me through it diligently until we resolved the issue (without asking for payment even though I offered), including conferencing with my former wife's attorney and the private mediator we agreed upon. I am thankful that his methods finally led to a conclusion for now. I know that if I need help down the line, I can contact Kelsey and his firm for help.

I would recommend Kelsey in a heart beat. Navigating through legal family matters is a very daunting, emotionally trying and overwhelming experience. Kelsey takes you through it one step at a time. He makes sure you understand every step of the process, your rights and is patient with the timetable ...you want to take. I also can not understate how empathetic and compassionate he is. For anyone, this situation is extremely hard and his kindness and compassion allows you to take the time you need to sort through the myriad of things going through your head. His responsiveness is speedy which also helps you make decisions in a timely manner. While I have had limited interactions with “attorneys” in my life, I can say with confidence he helped make my experience a less stressful one.
