HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A good friend of mine recommended Bobby Epstein to me after a long, drawn out legal battle with my ex-wife regarding college costs. My case was being heard in Connecticut where my ex-wife lives, but we were still operating under New Jersey Law according to our agreement. The judge in our Connecticut ...case asked us to write a legal brief explaining the New Jersey case law and our arguments under that law. Bobby demonstrated an impressive knowledge of the law and provided a very thorough legal brief referencing multiple cases and decisions supporting our arguments. On top of that, he also guided my Connecticut lawyer and explained to him the relevant New Jersey law so my Connecticut lawyer would be best able to present my case. The opposing counsel actually remarked how she was impressed with the information and legal brief Bobby provided. In the end, my ex's lawyer could not come close to debating the merits of the arguments Bobby put forth and the court ended up siding with Bobby's brief on all counts. Bobby was not my lead attorney as the hearing was in Connecticut, but he performed as if he were running my case. He was thorough, organized, and showed compassion for my situation. Many lawyers in Connecticut were skeptical of my case until Bobby joined our team and a lot of the credit goes to him. I wish I knew about him 9 years ago when I was going through my divorce, but am really happy I found him now.

NO ONE BETTER

When I count my blessings, I count Bobby twice. March 1st, 2023 will be one year that I am divorced. I attribute my found “freedom” to Bobby Epstein. There is not one day that goes by that I don’t thank my lucky stars for him. My case was extremely complicated. More than most and he just handled it... with ease, grace, total composure and had such a way of managing the unexpected. He had a very calming affect and explained everything well in advance to help prevent anything unforeseeable. You can reach him at 5 am or midnight. He was always accessible and if he didn’t respond immediately, you knew he’d call or text as soon as he could. If I had an emergency (because sometimes in my case things “escalated”) and I needed to call him, he would pick up and rationalize the situation and helped get me “through”. The man is SUPER HUMAN! He was not my first attorney. I was introduced to him (by a close friend) one year after I was with another firm which I was not happy with. My former counsel wasted time, money and energy and after not moving my case forward after one year, i switched firms to Bobby’s firm and I couldn’t have been happier. My only wish was that i made the move sooner. He did more for me in the first 30 days than my old firm did in a year. I look at my Marital Settlement Agreement -The one that we fought 30 days shy of 2 years for and endless amount of money. You can say you can always want more but I look at that 60 page document and it’s a work of art. Bobby worked long and hard and thought about EVERYTHING and I know I couldn’t have picked any one better. He’s truly the best!!!

Highly recommend Robert Epstein

I was going through a custody battle with my ex wife for nearly two years before I retained Robert Epstein and Katherine Segall. My former counsel wasted a lot of time, energy, money and never made any headway. I needed a change of counsel and did some research on the firms that handle these ty...pes of custody cases. When I spoke with Ziegler, Resnick and Epstein, I asked that person that took my case not only take it seriously but was also a fighter. I was immediately transferred to Robert. I explained the case to him, and told him we were nearly at the finish line, but my ex wife is dragging her feet, and that I needed him to close this case out. After speaking with Robert, I knew he was the man for the job. He immediately got in touch with the other side and started looking at mediation dates as well as my former attorney to get up to speed on the case. If it were not for my ex wife, continuing to drag her feet, we could have gotten into mediation sooner. Both Robert and Katie fought for me in mediation, and once we received my ex wife’s proposal we then gave a counter proposal to soon be followed by my ex wife completely re-writing her own proposal which put us in an even worse situation than we were before. It was at that point that Robert and Katie contacted the court several times to push for a conference hearing before the judge. Both opposing counsel and my ex wife were intentionally stalling so that things would remain the same. Opposing counsel had tried saying we were close to an agreement and that one more round of mediation would bring this to a close. Robert immediately shut that down and pushed for an Intense Settlement Conference, and trial dates and got both. He told the judge exactly what was going on and what the tactics of the other side were. An ISC was scheduled for two weeks out, and Bobby and Katherine immediately got our statement in order, and began preparing. I felt very confident going into the ISC with both Robert and Katherine, and felt the end was near on a very long, stressful and expensive custody battle. They both spent the entire day hammering out a deal that I was happy with. Neither one gave up on the things that were truly important to me and we eventually came to an agreement. I knew I made the right decision by going with Ziegler, Resnick, and Epstein. In the past when using other counsel, I had to wait for responses, and often chase down my attorneys to get updates, making an already stressful situation even worse. Both Robert and Katie made themselves available all the time, often checking in to see how I was doing and if I needed anything. I spent countless hours on the phone with Katherine always adjusting my statements and making sure the information was aligned. I can not think of a single instance where I was ever waiting for a response or dissatisfied in regards to either Robert or Katie. They treated me, my wife, and my case with the utmost respect. My only regret is that I did not retain them sooner, as this case would have been resolved two years ago. I can not state enough how crucial they both were to me winning this case. At times it felt that I had to just walk away and accept the fact that this case isn't going anywhere, completely hopeless and scared I wouldn't get the custody I was seeking. That is how I felt up until I met Robert and Katie. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for well established and credible attorneys for any family matter. Both Robert and Katherine acted above reproach for the entirety of my case, and fought until the job was done. Custody battles are difficult and stressful enough but when you have a team like I did, it alleviates a lot knowing you're being taken care of and there is a team of highly qualified attorneys watching over you, your best interests and your kids. I am forever thankful to both of them.

Bobby Epstein: Expert on Matrimonial Law

I endorse the legal services of Robert "Bobby" Epstein 100%. I am not a friend, classmate, prior acquaintance, neighbor or relative. This is not a paid or fake Internet recommendation. I researched qualified knowledgeable attorneys and asked Bobby to represent me in a complicated matter. Bobby took m...y case seriously. He threw himself into the research and the brief he filed was meticulously written. He was always very well prepared to present my arguments orally in court. He is mindful of billable hours and will work with you. A lot of lawyers don't care about you as an individual human - Bobby does.
