Biography
Rebecca J. Jaffe, Esq. is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Jaffe was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Daniel H. Brown, J.S.C., a Family Part judge in Middlesex County Superior Court. During her clerkship, Rebecca worked primarily on matrimonial matters, as well as on non-dissolution matters.
Ms. Jaffe received her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers School of Law – Newark. She enrolled in law school intent on becoming a matrimonial law attorney. While in law school, she worked as a student attorney for the Child Advocacy Clinic, representing victims of child abuse and neglect and immigrant children.
