I have focused my career on matrimonial and family law matters since 2002. During that time, i have worked, first as an associate and then partner in a small firm in Morristown, and, since August 2012 as Counsel to the Family Law Department at Budd Larner. I am a firm believer that no two divorce cases are identical, and what works for one matter may not work for another. Each client, like each case, deserves individual assessment and attention, which is how I have fashioned my professional career.
In helping to expand proficiency in the practice, I not only volunteer for the Court as an Early Settlement Panel panelist, but have also lectured and written on various topics, including being the co-author of one of the chapters in the New Jersey Family Law Practice series (14th and 15th editions). I have also been selected as a "Rising Star" by the New Jersey Monthly magazine annually since 2009, and have made several appearances on radio to discuss issues pertaining to divorce and family law matters.
I am licensed to practice in both New York and New Jersey.

Schemer
This guy is a joke. If you see a lawyer here with more than 2 negative reviews- stay away. Don't hire this guy.

Overdid it and hurt ex
Although this may be something that you want in my case in 2019 David went overboard and ruined my relationship with my ex due to his vociferous disingenuous and vicious tactics I do think he has good qualities and is highly responsive but rude and arrogant as well. Avoid if you don't want to make yo...
