Judd S Nemiro

I did my homework. Read reviews, checked BBB, reviewed Judd's website, all before hiring him in 2016 to represent me in my divorce. Long story short, he was paid over $10,000 by me. My case settled early. He disappeared with my money. I filed suit with the AZ State Bar. My complaint was accompa...nied by 25 other complaints. A disciplinary judge disbarred Mr Nemiro, effective Aug 4, 2017. He can no longer practice law. Be thankful you did not hire him.

He was hired for my divorce. He knowingly filed for my divorce breaking Arizona statue. He took a lot more money than initially laid out and cost me tons of money in my situation when he knew it before hand and cost me emotional distress due to these situations cost me the amount to relocate back to ...the state I was from and still had to hire a different attorney and no appeal lawyer in AZ could take my case because it should not have legally been filed to begin with. However, I trusted him and he said he does this all the time. He then tried to state after I demanded a refund which I did receive but not without him refusing to give it back first, that I could not place any public reviews or anything regarding this matter. So he was taken to the bar where it was proven his conduct was unprofessional and in violation. He then contacted me after the fact trying to guilt me into not pursuing the matter and how bad it could look for him. He was not supposed to have contact with me at this point. So don't ignore it. Do your research and be cautious if you decide to proceed with him but if I could do it all over again I would have never hired him.

Disreputablle attorney. Took my money did nothing for me except file the original paperwork. Cashed my check 3 days before notifying me he was being suspended, was going to transfer my case to anther attorney, who then vanished, then told me he was transferring my case to another attorney. Now I get ...another email stating he is transferring my case to another attorney. I have asked for an accounting of my retainer was told it would take some time. Hmm I was supposed to get monthly statements have not received any it has been over 60 days. I want my unused money returned no response. Do not trust this man. If you are a client of his you are in trouble.

I don't know where I could possibly begin to describe my experience with Judd. He is very professional and very HONEST with you in the consultation process. He is not the type of attorney that just takes a case for the financial gain. He gives you facts backed by research and experience. He is not o...nly passionate about law but he is passionate about doing the right thing. Anytime I needed him he returned my calls and even made late night text and calls to accommodate my work schedule to ensure that I had all the information and support that I needed. I can say in my interactions with Judd it was clear that he cared about me and my relationship with my daughter. He fought for us. All fears that I had stemming from a past legal frame of reference were silenced by the time he took to educate me on the law and my RIGHTS. I would strongly recommend hiring Judd as a family law attorney. If you want someone that will fight for you and that will have your best interest in mind, there is no other attorney that can answer the call the way he did.

Most importantly to sum it all up, all you need is a SUBPOENA & attorney Judd Nemiro by your side. Mr. Nemiro's father helped me with fertility to have my princess, and now Judd will help me get what's right for me and my daughter. The Nemiro's are my hero's. I definitely will be hiring Judd as soon... as I have the $5,000 retainer fee. Judd works on a flat pay scale which would of saved me almost $10,000 and my divorce/custody battle is only almost half over. I will be money ahead once I hire Judd. My future will be safe in Judd's hands. He is young, aggressive, smart, and will look out for whats best for my daughter and myself. I wish I would of looked and found him sooner my divorce would be over if I would have found him in the 1st place. If you don't hire him you will only get half of what you deserve, just like I did. I just got lucky and filed a motion, after I fired my previous attorney. I now have a 2nd chance 11-14-16 since my husbands attorney "Kevin Jensen" didn't get Some paperwork submitted to the courts on tim by July 30th. I now have a 2nd court date along with proof from husband's employer that my husband Intentionally took over a $50,000 cut in pay and after our divorce settlement conference went back to his old position at his job. All I have to say is subpoena and attorney Judd Nemiro is all you need!
