Natalie M. Ceroni

Natalie and her paralegal are bar none. I have heard from several others of their frustrations with their attorneys. Attorneys that do not communicate, attorneys that get nothing done yet keep asking for more money. Attorneys that do not fight for the paying client, but on the contrary, seem to be f...avoring the opposing side. None of these were the case with Natalie. They never made me feel like I had asked one too many questions or that their very busy schedule was beyond their taking the time I needed. Natalie always communicated within 24 hours and 99% of the time, responded the same day. She was continually working on my case to move it forward. She was always a step ahead of me, consistently communicating what the next steps were. If I asked her a question, I never got a short, pacifying answer. She not only would answer my question, but explained the law around the answer, what our options were, and how to move the case forward. She was impressively creative in the ways she came up with to handle each issue that arose in the divorce process. When Natalie said she was going to do something, she did it. Without fail. I don’t believe I could have ever gotten better representation than I did with Natalie. She fought for me as if she were fighting for herself. She conducted herself in a highly professional and knowledgeable manner before the judge and with the opposing counsel. I could not be happier with the outcome – an outcome I wouldn’t have come close to obtaining had I not been represented by her. Honestly, I haven’t one negative thing to say. I hired Natalie after going through a few lawyers who talked a good game, but fell apart in the court room or couldn't be found when an emergency came up. Natalie never actually took anything of mine to trial, so I can't speak to her capabilities as a litigator. She helped settle outside court ...on some issues including child support, which went my way, but with the evidence I had, it is hard to imagine it could have gone any other way. My concerns about Natalie came later when I brought continuing and repeated violations of orders by the other party to Natalie, including unauthorized delays on reimbursement. I feel that all I received from Natalie was a song and dance about how yes, my ex was violating multiple orders multiple times. Natalie claimed she believed it wasn't worth the risk to take in front of my judge. When I pressed her to file anyway, Natalie claimed there was some kind of ethical issue. I cancelled her representation. I then took reimbursement issues to court myself pro per. Our case was put in front of a commissioner, who quickly hammered the other party. The resulting minute entry was rather calm, but the court recording shows the commissioner's words to my ex were anything but...a complete win on my petition, including costs and a full payment of all funds outstanding, which I hadn't even asked for. The commissioner also clearly warned my ex that similar bad conduct would be viewed very dimly by the Court, and she could expect to be sanctioned. Looking back I am very disappointed that Natalie gave such bad advice...and I am very glad I ignored it. I could have been stuck continuing to put up with the constant harassment. Instead, by trusting my gut after years in court, I received everything I asked and more. My ex has been given another stern, clear warning on the record...ready for next time she decides to play games at my and our kids' expense. I'm also disappointed that Natalie never made the suggestion of taking issues in front of a commissioner rather than my judge. Natalie's view seems in hindsight to have been very black and white, yes or no, rather than a crafted strategy. Natalie advertised herself to me as being tough and ready to advocate for me, but in the end I feel she just doesn't have what it takes to deal with a case as contentious as mine and a female opposing party as willing to violate orders as mine.

Natalie and Stefano Ceroni are two of the most Extraordinary Attorney’s I have ever met! I have worked with both of them in two separate child custody issues. They were amazing from the beginning, experienced and extremely caring and compassionate. In my most recent situation I worked with Natal...ie; during trail she was fierce, direct and to the point. Things did not work out for me, and I was told some things I didn't want to hear. I thought something she did was unfair. I have learned ,since then that she was within her rights, and instead of getting mad, Mrs. ceroni clarified it for me in a very professional manner. I gave her a 5 for being an h...onest lawyer with integrity and a willingness and want to help her clients beyond just the dollar. This is coming from someone who didn't hear what they wanted to hear and didn't get what they wanted. I think I should give her a ten instead of the five because of her honesty and integrity.
