My first sense of relief after the arrest was after my first phone conversation with Joshua Covey. I was fooled into thinking that I didn't stand a chance at any other resolution than a conviction, as everything was done by the book. Josh helped me realize that there was a variety of more favorable o...utcomes possible, and really gave me the optimism I needed to give it a shot. First off, I was impressed that Josh answered the phone on a Sunday morning. He answered all my questions, and provided a plethora of information I didn't even know I needed to know. He graciously set up my Drivers License Division hearing before any consulation was even done. Upon our in person consulation I knew I had found the right lawyer for my case. Josh is a constant professional, but also has a personal touch and is able to relate to his clients in a time of great stress and confusion. I didn't have to keep track of dates or set up appoints- Josh took care of all of that. He let me know when we had a hearing coming up, and conducted thorough conferences before and after the DLD hearing and the actual court hearing. This man knows his area of work very well, and I never kept me completely informed on how the proceedings would go, and what the possible outcomes were. After blowing a .131 BAC and getting caught in a DUI blitz, I was able to walk away with a reduced charge of impaired driving. I couldn't have asked for a better resolution. This is absolutely the outcome that I wanted, though didn't quite expect, and a much better than the outcomes any of my friends have had without an attorney. I will whole heartedly recommend Josh to any friends who come into a DUI situation, as his work has made a dramatic impact on my life. If I could offer any advice to someone reading this review, don't do it alone. A skilled DUI attorney can make all the difference and is worth every dollar. Joshua Covey is very skilled in his line of work, and I'm confident that he'll offer as great representation to any future client as he has for me.

Josh prepared all standard and non-standard contract documents for my employer, negotiating terms and advising on impact and risk wherever special terms or non-standard formats were needed.
