I found myself in the unpleasant position of getting a Reckless Driving charge for doing 95 in a 55. in Virginia this is about as serious as things get short of a DUI. The outcome of my case was a drop to a $30 fine due to improper equipment. The outcome was by no means luck and did take work on both of our part. Following the quidance of an experienced traffic defense attorney and doing some leg work on my end allowed me to better myself, as well as place myself in a better view in the eye's of the court.
