Jillian stepped into my case when another attorney was dis-barred. She was very professional and understanding of the situation. We retained Ms. Aylward after attempting to deal directly with our loan servicing company but to no avail. Ms. Aylward didn't promise us the world. She was thorough in revieiwng our circumstances and candid in explaining what she thought the probability of success would be for our matter. The staff worked diligently and around the clock to bring our loan servicer to the negotiation table; kept us fully and completely apprised of each step in our negotiations process; and answered our questions (regardless of how minor they may have seemed) in a very timely fashion.
