also known as Nancy Stokley Martin
I've been practicing bankruptcy law and other related areas for over ten years. During that time I've represented both creditors and debtors, inside and out of bankruptcy. This experience has given me a broad perspective of the issues that both face. And it's this perspective that allows me to better help my clients resolve their debt problems so that they can get a fresh start.
I’m motivated by the opportunity to listen to a client’s story, understand their troubles, and propose a plan for resolution. I’m a problem-solver. And I don’t hesitate to use any of the tools available under the law to help my clients reach their goals. These include trying cases or briefing legal issues for the court, if that’s what it takes to get results.
I also regularly study ongoing developments in the law to offer complete and updated counsel to my clients. Complex practice areas like bankruptcy law require this type of dedication.
After working six years for a small firm, I established my own practice in 2009 in order to provide my clients with sophisticated legal representation and insightful counsel. In 2014, I joined the firm of Jenkins & Kling, P.C., as a principal to carry on that mission with renewed focus and support.
