Great Communicator

Jason was great communicator over the long(ish) timeline it took for the settlement process after I was involved in a no fault (on my part) accident and was dealing with my underinsured motorist component of my policy. He was very upfront that he did not want to settle quickly and as long as we did ...not need the settlement funds quickly we should take all the time we could to make sure my injuries healed an no other issues popped up. He explained the process and what to expect with the settlement process with along with checking in with my monthly on how my recovery was going and whether any changes were occurring. Once my recovery was set the settlement process went as smoothly as can be expected. With his previous experience working at an insurance company he kept my monetary expectations in check. But started the settlement negotiations where I wanted to. Through his negotiation experience we were able to exceed what he was originally thinking. I'm very grateful he was recommended to me by a neighbor who practices corporate law.

Very giving with his time, even if there's no money in it for him.

Hahn recognized immediately there was little hope for me to press my case in court for a better settlement with the insurance company, and took time to explain the situation thoroughly, offering what advice he could for how I may proceed on my own, answering my questions even though there was no mone...y in it for him. Media portrayals have made personal injury lawyers into cartoons, and the process of receiving a just settlement into greedily clawing for dollars. Erase those images from your head. Hahn is a decent human being, in addition to being the guy who will be working for you. If the stigma of seeking a better settlement makes you feel uncomfortable, he's a guy who can make that process feel like the just and reasonable action it is. And that's important. It was to me, anyway, and even though my case had too much stacked against it, he did his level best to soften the blow, explain the options, and offer the best way forward. All for nothing, except perhaps the satisfaction of helping, though what that means to him is for him to say. Despite being unable to help me in a court, I highly recommend him for anyone looking for a qualified lawyer who can make the process a more comfortable experience. It means something for me to understand the options, and feel I'm doing the right thing, and Hahn made sure both happened, and more.

Thank you for your concern for me

I was getting nowhere with the insurance company and they didn't want to claim any of their responsibility. Jason's concern for me was wonderful! I would recommend Jason and this firm.
