Jason Hahn, Personal injury Attorney on May 17, 2013
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I represent injured individuals here in Wisconsin. Before joining the Bar in Indiana, I had quite a number of cases against Attorney Nagy. As a former defense attorney for insurance companies and their insureds, perhaps I am biased, but I think the best background your personal injury attorney can have is to know exactly how the insurance companies work, the tactics that are used by adjusters, and whether a case will do better in the claim phase, or if you file suit. Jon knows the way these companies work inside and out, and is smart enough to make that work in his favor. He is highly intelligent, detail-oriented, trustworthy, caring, and has a significant number of trials under his belt. Jon is going to get you what a jury would likely award you, whether through settlement or a jury verdict. I suppose the best review is this: Would I hire Jon if I were injured by someone's negligence in Indiana? Without hesitation, he would be the attorney I would call.
